The IIA's 2008-2009 Chairman's VideoWatch it in English, French and Spanish
During the Institute of Internal Auditors' (IIA) 2008 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California, USA, Patty Miller, CIA, was elected to serve as The IIA's 2008-2009 Chairman of the Board. Inherent in this honor is the responsibility to demonstrate and advocate for the highest level of internal audit professionalism, to travel the world on behalf of the profession, and to serve as the official spokesperson for The IIA.
Patty has chosen "Recognized...Trusted...Valued" as her theme for the year and for her chairman's video. This video allows The IIA to showcase her message to all internal auditors to become "recognized, trusted, and valued" throughout the world in order to become positioned to make a positive difference in the global marketplace.
The IIA chairman's video is available online in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese for streaming and viewing on your computer only.

The video is an excellent tool to use when promoting and talking about the internal audit profession. Here are some ideas:
- Play the video at membership meetings to acquaint your members with the chairman and key IIA messages.
