Presenter Biography: Joseph Jolin, CPA

Joseph Jolin has been employed with Textron for approximately 22 years in various finance positions, including division accounting manager for an Automotive Components manufacturing division; vice president, Audit for the Textron Industrial Products Segment; and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. In his present position, Jolin is responsible for assessing and addressing financial and operational risk at Textrons operations. He has used his Six Sigma experience to enhance and "lean out" audit process methodologies within the Textron Audit Organization. Prior to joining Textron, Jolin worked with a regional CPA firm.

Presenter Biography: Kevin Lacy, CIA, CPA, MBA

Kevin Lacy is responsible for audit philosophy and approach; oversight of the enterprisewide risk assessment and audit plans; staff profile, recruitment, and development; and the administrative infrastructure. He has been with the Textron Audit Services group for 19 years.
