Presenter Biography: Richard (Rick) Rowe, CIA, CISA

Rick Rowe is responsible for all operational, financial, and IT audit activities across Discovery's global business platforms. Previously, he held audit director positions for the Ford Motor Co. in both the United States and Europe. His other management assignments have included audit manager, Marketing and Sales for Ford; vice president, Finance Process Excellence for American Express; and Asia-Pacific treasurer for the Ford Motor Co. Rowe is a member of The IIAs Internal Auditing Standards Board. 


 
Presenter Biography: Paul McDonald

Paul McDonald manages operations for his firm's more than 140 offices throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. McDonald is a noted employment expert and national speaker on topics including career development and staff management trends. He joined Robert Half International in 1984 as a recruiter for financial and accounting professionals in Boston, following a public accounting career with Price Waterhouse.
