Presenter Biography: Barbara Davison, CIA, CIDA, CISA, FLMI

Barbara Davison previously was vice president of a financial institution, where she directed investment operations for the general account and mutual funds. Prior to Davisons seven years in investments, she was manager of Internal Audit for six years. She has been an IIA seminar instructor for more than 15 years and has earned the title of Distinguished Faculty Member. She has also authored five books: Auditing Investments, Auditing Derivative Strategies, Understanding and Auditing Mergers and Acquisitions, Understanding and Auditing Investment and Derivative Strategies and Presentation, and Persuasion and Facilitation Skills for Auditors.
