Presenter Biography: Susan A. Holleran, CPA, MST

Susan Holleran has more than 25 years of internal and external audit, tax, and finance experience. She successfully implemented Sarbanes-Oxley documentation of key business processes and testing of key controls and ongoing control procedures for her current organization, and she continues to oversee ongoing testing and compliance. Holleran has supervised/executed numerous domestic and international risk-based internal audit and business process reviews designed to assess and recommend improvements to internal controls, policies, and procedures for compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency. She developed and delivered training sessions for employees on subjects such as Sarbanes-Oxley and enterprise risk management (ERM), and she currently co-chairs an ERM project.   


 
Presenter Biography: Thomas Sanglier, CPA

Tom Sanglier has more than 17 years of audit and advisory experience serving multinational public and private companies in the aerospace and defense, manufacturing, services, and software industries. He is the lead executive for several co-sourcing internal audit engagements that provide project management, enterprise/fraud risk assessments, and internal control evaluation experience. Sanglier successfully implemented Sarbanes-Oxley documentation of key business processes and testing of key controls and ongoing control procedures at Ernst & Young. He has supervised/executed numerous domestic and international risk-based internal audit and business process reviews, developed and delivered employee training sessions, and currently oversees implementation/deployment of SAP GRC Suite of software.
