Presenter Biography: Moderator: Michael Juergens

Mike Juergens has more than 15 years of professional experience and specializes in IT security, audit, and control. He has performed audits of numerous organizations, from small start-ups to Fortune 20 companies. Juergens leads the IT audit curriculum offered through The IIA and authored The Institutes Global Technology Audit Guide: Management of IT Audit. A nationally known speaker and lecturer, he has presented to numerous groups and organizations on IT topics. Juergens has also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Southern California and the University of California, Irvine, where he instructed graduate-level technology courses.

Presenter Biography: Sarah Adams, CISA

Sarah Adams is the national leader of Deloittes IT Audit practice. She has more than 20 years of audit, technology, operations, and IT risk and controls experience. For the first 12 years of her career, Adams worked in IT. She was responsible for the international communications network at a global bank before moving into that banks Internal Audit Department. As an auditor, she has applied her knowledge of IT processes, risks, and controls to assist clients with establishing/strengthening the IT audit focus in their internal audit departments. Before joining Deloitte, Adams was the global IT audit director for The Walt Disney Co.

Presenter Biography: Jeanine R. Trumbetta, CPA, CISA, CITP

Jeanine Trumbetta oversees and directs a comprehensive audit function for Allegheny Energy and its subsidiaries. She has been involved in various key corporate initiatives throughout her 20 years at Allegheny, including major corporate re-organization, acquisition of a trading business, implementation of SAP, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, enterprise risk management and IT outsourcing initiatives, and several large, critical capital construction projects. Allegheny Energy is an investor-owned electric utility with more than 4,000 employees and total annual revenues of more than US $3 billion. The company owns and operates generating facilities and delivers electric service to 1.6 million customers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Presenter Biography: James Stokes

Jim Stokes is a 23-year veteran with IBM. During the last three years he and his team have successfully engaged and outsourced multiple new logo clients with global scope (both infrastructure and AMS). Prior to his current assignment, Stokes held leadership positions in IBM's e-Business Hosting Services for both the industrial and public sectors. He was on assignment to EMEA as a client solution executive and engaged large strategic outsourcing deals in Holland, Portugal, and South Africa. Stokes was also an IBM branch manager and an engineer in IBM's Data System Division. He spent six years in the Navy's Civil Engineer Corp. before joining IBM.
