Presenter Biography: Michael Dziczkowski

Michael Dziczkowski has more than 16 years of business experience in both public accounting and private industry, in both The Netherlands and the United States. Prior to rejoining Deloitte as a principal in the New York office, Dziczkowski directed the merger and acquisition finance activities and venture capital group of a large European-based company listed on both U.S. and European exchanges. He has extensive knowledge in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC's) Rules and Regulations, and he previously was part of Deloittes National Office  SEC Services Group.
