Presenter Biography: Jeanne Ort-Mott, CIA

Jeanne Ort-Motto acts as a liaison between slot machine licensees and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) on issues related to slot machine and table game operations, including security, surveillance, slot facility design, and accounting and internal controls. She communicates the PGCB's expectations with regard to statutory and regulatory requirements and facilitates compliance. Ort-Motto has served as a compliance manager and auditor for the PGCB. Before joining the PGCB, she was an audit specialist for the Office of Budget, audit specialist for Bureau of Charities, Special Investigations at the Pennsylvania Department of State, and an auditor for the Pennsylvania Auditor General.


 
Presenter Biography: Cheryl Alonzo, CIA

Cheryl Alonzo has 19 years of experience as an auditor for the state of Missouri. She joined the Missouri Gaming Commission staff in 2000 and has held several regulatory audit positions at the Commission. Alonzo currently manages a staff of 16 auditors who audit the casinos throughout Missouri for compliance with state gaming regulations. The Compliance Audit Department is responsible for performing compliance audits, reviewing all casino internal control revisions, and conducting forensic audits in conjunction with criminal investigations. Alonzo has been a member of The IIAs Gaming Audit Advisory Board since 2007.
