Presenter Biography: Richard Chambers, CIA, CGAP, CCSA,CRMA

Richard Chambers has 36 years of internal audit, accounting, and financial management leadership experience, including a long career in public-sector internal auditing. His public service tenure included holding chief audit executive positions at three of the U.S. governments largest organizations. Chambers also served as vice president of The IIA Learning Center and national practice leader in Internal Audit Advisory Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has served on numerous boards and panels, including the U.S. Presidents Council on Integrity and Efficiency; the City of Orlando, FL, Audit Board; the U.S. Governments Executive Council on Integrity and Efficiency; The IIAs Internal Audit Standards Board; and the Board of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO).
