Presenter Biography: Jennifer Goines, ACDA

Jennifer Goines oversees analytics and reporting initiatives in the areas of fraud, control testing, process improvement, and data integrity using ACL, SQL, and VB. She has used automated scripting extensively to perform a wide array of analytics across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining CNB in 2008, Goines was the senior risk management analyst for Dollar Thrifty Group, where she focused on data mining and risk analysis. She is founder of the Tulsa ACL Users Group and has spoken to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Tulsa Chapter on data analytics and fraud.
