Global Student Conference
The 2023 Global Student Conference (GSC), formerly the Internal Audit Student Exchange, was a popular and productive event! More than 100 students and educators from 26 schools attended The IIA Headquarters’ first in-person student event since 2019. Students had the opportunity to meet local IIA chapter leaders and hear from IIA President and CEO Anthony Pugliese. In the exhibit hall, complimentary professional headshots as well as LinkedIn profile and resume reviews were available. Through the case competition, groups of students from around the world formed teams and presented before a panel of judges, with each member of the top three case competition teams receiving gift cards.
