In the near future, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is expected to issue climate disclosure requirements for public company ESG reporting. Join us as we discuss the implications these and other ESG requirement US Representative, Sean Casten, SEC Commissioner, Allison Herren Lee, Brian Foster, VP Audit Risk & Control Assurance at ServiceNow, and Brad Monterio, EVP Member Competency & Learning and member of the IIRC Council. We’ll examine what internal auditors need to know in terms of increased ESG expectations and how companies should be preparing now.
