Andrew Galazka
Associate Director - Protiviti
Andrew Galazka, from Protiviti’s Fort Lauderdale-Miami office, is an Associate Director in the Internal Audit and Financial Advisory solution, specializing in both technology enablement and technology risk. Andrew has over 10 years of professional experience, including eight years as an internal auditor. For the past six years, he has been focusing automation, analytics and other enabling technologies applied to audit, compliance, and beyond.
For Protiviti, Andrew has provided internal audit out-sourcing and co-sourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance services, automation development and technical support services, automation program assessment services, information security services, and enabling technology trainings. He has also played key roles internally, developing and leading Protiviti’s Automation Center of Excellence and Technology Accelerator Platform; and internal audit automation and analytics solution. Andrew has developed AI solutions within internal audit utilizing OpenAI’s API.Additionally, Andrew is on the product team for ProGPT, Protiviti’s AI Large Language Model interface.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in both Finance & Management and completed post baccalaureate coursework in Computer Science at Florida State University. In addition, Mr. Galazka has earned his GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) certification, UiPath RPA Developer Certification, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
