Nancy Haig

Nancy Haig, CIA, CRMA, CCSA, CFSA

Nancy Haig has been an active member of The IIA for almost 30 years. Haig has served in several official and unofficial leadership positions including chair of the North American Board with the theme of ‘Building a Great Team’. She has authored numerous articles, been a frequent conference speaker, and currently serves on the Editorial Board.

Haig has a 40-year career in internal audit that has included leadership roles in the financial and professional services, health care and pharmaceutical industries. She is currently the principal consultant with PIAC, LLC, focusing on governance, risk, compliance, and executive coaching.


Basil R. Woller

Basil R. Woller, CIA, CRMA

As a leading and recognized quality specialist in the internal auditing profession, Basil Woller, has more than 40 years of experience in internal auditing, risk assessment and management, corporate governance, and ethics and compliance.  Basil has focused on providing quality services to a broad spectrum of organizations and has conducted over 500 quality assessments during his career.  Basil is a recognized thought leader in the internal auditing profession, a frequent speaker on the topic of internal audit quality, facilitates quality assessment training, and has authored several articles on internal audit quality. He is the author of the latest version of The IIA Quality Assessment Manual and has served as the International Treasurer and Chairman of the Global Finance Committee

Prior to his current role as an independent quality consultant, Basil led Protiviti’s global external quality assessment services practice and played an active role in monitoring and executing external quality assessment services on a firm-wide basis. 


Steven E. Jameson

Steven E. Jameson, CIA, CRMA, CCSA, CFSA

Steve E. Jameson has over 40 years of experience in the internal audit profession, primarily in the financial services industry. Jameson worked for four years at The IIA as Assistant Vice President of the Professional Practices Group, has served on the Financial Services Advisory Board for The IIA and the Internal Audit Foundation Board of Trustees. He has also served as liaison to COSO, IFAC, and FFIEC.

Jameson is currently the EVP, Chief Internal Audit & Risk Officer at Community Trust Bank in Pikeville Kentucky where he is responsible for the internal audit, enterprise risk management, loan review, and compliance functions.
