The IIA communicates with members primarily through digital channels, but members can also receive select mailings as part of their membership benefits, including up to four issues of Internal Auditor (IA) Magazine each year.
If you are not receiving IA Magazine:
- Review your mailing address and communication preferences. Log in to MyIIA and confirm that your preferred mailing address is current and that you have opted in to receive IA Magazine by mail.
- Check with your workplace mailroom. If your preferred mailing address is your work address, confirm that mail from The IIA is being received and distributed appropriately.
- Consider using your home address. If workplace mail delivery continues to be an issue, update your preferred mailing address to your residence to help ensure you receive your mailings.
Note: IA Magazine is an opt-in member benefit. You must select the appropriate mailing preference in MyIIA to receive printed issues.
