7. Compliance With IIA Policies
Members, benefit recipients, certification holders, and certification candidates must comply with The IIA’s Code of Ethics, Bylaws, certification requirements, privacy policy, and other applicable IIA policies. Violations may result in disciplinary action, loss of access to benefits, suspension, or termination of membership or certification-related privileges.
8. Campaign Limitations
Benefits may be limited by availability, capacity, eligibility, or promotional timing. The IIA may change, replace, pause, or withdraw any benefit at any time.
9. Misuse & Termination
The IIA may suspend or terminate membership or access to benefits in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. All associated benefits may be revoked upon termination.
