Thanks to generous donors, the Internal Audit Foundation funds cutting-edge research, and funds global academic programs and initiatives to support the next generation of internal auditors. 

• The Research Fund supports globally focused research on a variety of topics related to internal audit including our recently released Risk in Focus reports, Vision 2035, and more.
• The Academic Fund supports grants and scholarships, like the Larry B. Sawyer Student Scholarship, that encourage students to pursue a career in internal auditing and support educators teaching an internal audit curriculum.
• The Greatest Need Fund allows the Foundation to support special programs, initiatives or areas most in need.
