Per Nevada State Officials, statewide mask mandates have been lifted. All guests regardless of vaccination status, are no longer required to wear masks. 

Hand Sanitizer Stations

Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the resort including at all desks, podiums, counters, elevator lobbies, entrances, convention spaces, and throughout public spaces and the casino. Disinfectant wipes are also available throughout the casino and elevator lobbies to sanitize buttons.

You may also access the Attendee Hub by opening our app confirmation email on your computer. 

Presentations can be found in the app’s schedule on The IIA’s conference event. Click on the "Handouts" icon. 

NOTE: Not all presenters make their presentations available for attendees’ post conference.

Attendees must scan their badge at the self-scanners located outside of each session room prior to entering and remain in the room during the entire session.

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the conference, you will receive your CPE Certificate via email. Your CPE certificate will be emailed to the email address used to register for the conference.

Session evaluations can be completed in the conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon, choose the session you attended, and select survey. Each session will have a survey.
If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer. 

The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the conference. Your participation in the conference is appreciated.

All evaluations for the conference will close on Thursday, November 9, 2023.

The Welcome Reception will be on Tuesday, Oct. 24th, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Gracia 3 ballroom located on the 3^rd floor accessible via the Chelsea Tower elevators.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Parking Rates

Smoking any substance, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, hookah, vaping, marijuana and any other substance, inside a guest room is strictly prohibited.

Guests are permitted to smoke lawful substances outside on their terrace, provided they (i) use the ashtray located on the terrace and (ii) close the guest room door (so smoke does not enter the guest room).

It is not lawful to smoke, consume, possess, or distribute marijuana products (whether recreationally or for medicinal purposes) or any other illegal substance anywhere at the resort, including in guest rooms or on terraces. Any paraphernalia commonly associated with marijuana or any other illegal substance is also strictly prohibited anywhere at the resort, including in guest rooms or on terraces.

Any such substances and products are subject to immediate confiscation. Any violation of this policy will result in a smoking fee of $500.00 (plus applicable taxes), additional cleaning fees of $500.00 (minimum) and any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room.

Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the resort.

garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #52, #54 or #56 up to level 1. Cross

the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking Garage.
