Quality Assessor Certificate - Exam Access ONLY

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Participant successfully completed the 16 CPE instructor-led course “Performing an Effective Quality Assessment” between September 2022-August 2023.
2. Participant provides documentation of their completion of the course (CPE certificate awardance is preferred) to training@theiia.org
3. Participant may be asked to provide course agenda and/or learning objectives if the course title printed on the CPE certificate is not identical to the one listed in line item 1. 

Other Important Notes:

1. Sitting for/passing this exam does not earn the CPEs. 
2. Exam candidates who pass the exam will earn the Quality Assessor Certificate designation*. 
3. Candidates who earn the designation will be added to a database on the IIA website - which will increase their visibility as a qualified, external quality assessor - and will receive a digital badge to add to their LinkedIn profile and resume.

*Significant changes to the QAIP requirements and/or methodology associated with performing an effective quality assessment may offer opportunities to take additional courseware with associated examination to maintain certificate status.

About the Exam

The exam is 50 multiple choice questions and administered via the IIA Learning OnDemand platform. The minimum passing score is 75 percent. Exam candidates are allowed three attempts to pass the exam.
