Ann Cohen

Ann Cohen is an accomplished financial leader and the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The IIA. She provides strategic and financial leadership for the organization, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investments, tax, information technology, and enterprise project management. She plays a critical role in ensuring The IIA’s long-term financial sustainability while enabling global growth and innovation.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Ann brings deep expertise across financial services, banking, Big Four audit, real estate, not-for-profit, and hospitality industries. She has successfully led organizations through bank financings, IPOs, bankruptcy restructurings, complex system integrations, mergers, and divestitures, consistently driving operational excellence and financial transformation.

Prior to joining The IIA, Ann served as CFO of Woodfield Country Club, where she oversaw finance, compliance, risk management, IT, budgeting, strategic planning, and membership operations. She also held senior leadership roles with Taylor Morrison Homes (formerly Taylor Woodrow), a $2.5B international homebuilder and developer; Starwood Vacation Ownership, a $600M global division of Starwood Hotels & Resorts; and Sunterra Corporation, a $450M NYSE-traded international vacation ownership company.

Ann holds a master’s in finance from Florida International University and a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Florida. She is a licensed CPA in Florida, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and serves on the Board of Directors of Niagen Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAGE).
