Adnan Rahim, CIA
Director of the Global Board, 2025–26
Adnan Rahim is a 2025-26 Director of the Global Board of Directors of The IIA. He also serves on The IIA’s 2025-26 North American Board of Directors.
Adnan is the Global Head of Internal Audit for all Corporate Functions at Meta, and previously served in similar roles at Visa, Texas Capital, Amazon, and more.
Adnan has been with Meta for over three years, and in his role sets governance, strategy, and expectations for internal audit projects, while also building relationships with key stakeholders to identify and assess risks and opportunities. Additionally, he oversees the company’s Global SOX Compliance Program. Adnan’s role also involves driving risk assessments, audit planning, and reporting to senior leadership on audit outcomes.
Adnan serves as a mentor to audit professionals at all levels and shares his perspectives on current and emerging risk and internal audit topics with his team and with other auditors through speaking engagements globally.
Adnan is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and has over 20 years of extensive experience in leading internal audit functions.
