2024 Global Student Conference Location

The 2024 Global Student Conference will be held at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Conference Center in conjunction with The IIA’s Leadership Academy.

The IIA has arranged a special attendee room rate for GSC attendees at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Transportation between the hotels will be provided.

Room Rate & Booking Polices

• Room Rates: Single/Double Occupancy: $225 plus tax per night; each additional person (18 years and older) $25.00 per person per night. Availability of this rate outside of the conference dates is subject to availability.

• Room Cutoff Date: Wednesday, March 20, 2024 
• Booking Policy:  A limited number of rooms are available at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort on a first come, first-served basis at the conference special rate for reservations made before Wednesday, March 20, 2024.  Rooms must be booked prior to March 20, 2024 to qualify for this rate and are subject to availability.
  A deposit must be received at time of booking, or the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Deposits for room-only reservations are equal to one night’s room price plus tax. Final payment is due upon day of arrival.
• Cancellation policy: To receive a refund of your deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to your arrival date.
• Check In/Check Out Times: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
