Presentations can be found in the app’s schedule on The IIA’s conference event. Click on the
"Handouts" icon.

NOTE: Not all presenters make their presentations available for attendees’ post conference.

Attendees must scan their badge at the self-scanners located outside of each session room
prior to entering and remain in the room during the entire session. You will only need to scan once for each session you attend.

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the conference, you will receive your CPE Certificate via
email. Your CPE certificate will be emailed to the email address used to register for the
conference.

Session evaluations can be completed in the conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon, choose the session you attended, and select survey. Each session will have a survey. If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer. The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the conference. Your participation in the conference is appreciated.

All evaluations for the conference will close on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If earlier check-in for your reservation is unavailable, bell services can store your luggage until your room is ready.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans include late checkout, please contact the Front Desk to request later check-out. It is advised that you contact the front desk prior to check-out, we recommend the evening prior to your departure or the morning of your departure.

The FedEx Business Center, located on the Seventh floor, one level below the lobby. Please
turn right as you exit the elevator landing area. The FedEx Business Center is open Monday-

No, there is no spa at the hotel.

Yes. The fitness center is located on the 23rd floor, behind the guest elevators. It is open 24
hours (guest key card access required)

Unfortunately, the New York Marriott Marquis does not provide transportation.

The ride share pick-up and drop-off location is the main entrance of the hotel.

Car Service/RideShare

1. Arriving at Terminal A
   The passenger pick-up area for Car Services and App-based Rides is located directly
   outside of, and across the street from, Terminal A.
2. Arriving at Terminal B
   The Car Service and App-Based Ride pick-up area is located on Level 2 of the Terminal B Parking Garage, located directly adjacent to Terminal B. Please follow the “Car Services” signs in Terminal B to the pick-up area and contact your car service/appbased ride provider when you reach the pick-up area.
3. Arriving at Terminal C
   The Car Service and App-Based Ride pick-up areas are located at Terminal C arrivals
   (ground) level. Terminal C pick-up is at the arrivals inner lane. Please follow the “Car Services” signs in Terminal C to the pick-up area and contact your car service/appbased ride provider when you reach the respective pick-up area.

Public Transportation

1. Terminal A (Marine Air Terminal)
   The bus stop is to the right upon exiting the terminal, past the Departures Hall, and
   across the street.
2. Terminal B
   The bus stop is on Level 1, two floors below check-in and one floor below baggage
   claim.
3. Terminal C
   The bus stop is on Level 1, one floor below check-in and located on the same level as baggage claim outside doors 14.

Ride App & Car Services (e.g., Uber or Lyft)

1. ADA-accessible Rideshares
   ADA-accessible rides can always be accessed at the front of the terminal. Check your app for exact details.
   Wheelchair Services are best arranged through your airline prior to your flight. This will ensure that an attendant is prepared to assist you from your gate to your pickup ride.
2. Terminal 4 Ride App Pickup Changes:
   From 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily, ride app pick-ups (e.g., Uber/Lyft) for Terminal 4 are located at the Ride App Pick Up location in Lot 66. Free shuttle bus service, running
   every 1-2 minutes, is provided for customers to connect from the front of Terminal 4 to the lot. During all other times, ride app pick-ups can be met in front of the terminal.
3. Terminal 5 & 7 Ride App Pickup Changes:
   If you are flying into Terminals 5 or 7 and need to meet your Ride App driver (e.g.,
   Lyft/Uber) to leave the airport, take the AirTrain to Howard Beach Station. Follow the signs to exit for free through the Long-Term Lot/Ride App Pick Up Lot. View the

   Because of the growth and expansion of JFK there may be changes to pickup and drop off locations. Visit the Construction Impact website for more information.
