The material in this course is designed to help individuals recognize the need for effective preventive controls, those accountable for effective internal controls and the framework for designing an effective control environment. Individuals will also be able to identify specific fraud schemes and the controls designed to prevent them. This online self-study course will also explore organizational controls and inherent limitations of internal controls.
