Financial Services Exchange location & hotel room block
The 2026 Financial Services Exchange will take place in the meeting and convention area of the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. Nestled in the business district, this hotel is 2.3 mi (3.7 km) from Wall Street and 2.4 mi (3.9 km) from Brooklyn Bridge. It’s also just a 5-minute drive to Barclays Center and Prospect Park.

- IIA Group Rate does NOT include a Destination Fee. Anyone booking a room outside of the IIA block will have to pay the $30 Destination Fee plus tax per night, in addition to the room rate.
- Government Rate rooms:
- There is a limited number of Government rate rooms available in the room block. You must be a local, state, or federal employee to qualify for this rate.
- To reserve one of these rooms, please call the hotel at (718) 246-7000 and reference IIA Financial Services Exchange or FSE.
- At hotel check-in you will need to provide a Government work ID or a Government issued credit card stating US Government on the card.
- If you do not have proper Government work ID at check-in, you will have to pay the hotel's current best available room rate for your stay.

The cutoff date for the group room block is the last day to reserve at the negotiated rate. However, the block may sell out before the cutoff date, so attendees are encouraged to book early to secure the group rate and preferred accommodations.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. deposit must be received at time of booking, or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

- You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 3 days prior to your check-in date.
- Cancellations after the deadline will result in a charge equal to one night's stay, including tax.
