Laura Chalhoub

Laura is an enterprise risk executive, experienced in working with large global companies to manage complex programs and business initiatives. Laura is the current Vice President, Internal Audit and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) at Madison Square Garden where she is responsible for leading the Internal Audit function and SOX Compliance programs for three publicly traded companies. Laura previously worked at EY in the Business Consulting – Enterprise Risk practice, leading large, complex internal audit and internal control engagements for global companies in various sectors including pre- and post-IPO first year SOX engagements.

Laura has volunteered with the IIA New York Chapter since 2018 in various roles, including Chapter President, and is currently serving on both the New York Chapter Board of Governors as part of both the Nominating and Finance Committees. Laura previously served on the IIA’s North America Board as Vice Chair Member Services and a key member of the Chapter Model Task Force. Laura received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LSU and holds the following certifications:
