Min Kim

Min Kim, CPA, CIA, is the CAE, Global Assurance and Advisory, at World Vision International. Prior to this, she was Head of Audit at the New York Racing Association (NYRA), where she led internal audit operations across NYRA’s three thoroughbred racetracks in New York. She brings a well-rounded background across corporate and nonprofit sectors. Before joining NYRA, she directed global internal audit efforts at World Vision International, overseeing teams in 57 countries. Her earlier experience includes conducting financial audits and supporting public company filings at KPMG.

Min is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She previously served as President of the IIA New York Chapter and currently chairs the Board of Directors for Special Hope Network, a nonprofit supporting children with intellectual disabilities in Zambia.
