Thursday, September 3, 2026. This is the last day to reserve at the negotiated rate; however, the block may sell out before the cutoff date, so attendees are encouraged to book early to secure the group rate and preferred accommodations.

All reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax and guaranteed by a major credit card. The hotel will process a one night room and tax deposit at the time of booking to the credit card provided when making a reservation.
