The GAM Conference is located in the East Convention Center at the Aria. When leaving your guest room take the elevator to the Promenade Level (Level 2) and follow signs to the East Convention Center.

Collecting your attendance at sessions has become easier! Simply walk through the designated room doors while wearing your badge for a seamless scan on the go.

You will receive your CPE Certificate via email approximately 10 business days after the conference. Your CPE certificate will be emailed to the email address used to register for the conference.

Session evaluations can be completed in the conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon, choose the session you attended, and select survey. Each session will have a survey.

If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer. 

The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the conference. Your participation in the conference evaluation is appreciated.

All evaluations for the conference will close on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

The dress code for the conference is business casual.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

Early check-in is based on availability. Please stop by the front desk upon arrival to see if it can be accommodated.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Late check-out is not offered until the morning of departure. On the morning of your departure, call the Front Desk from your hotel room to inquire if late checkout is available.

A daily resort fee of $39.00, plus applicable tax per night, will be added to all reservations made through The IIA’s room block. (The standard resort fee is $55 per night plus tax.)

The resort fee includes In-room wireless internet access; unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; airline boarding pass printing; digital newspaper and magazine downloads through PressReader for duration of reservation; and access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in-room television.

Hotel Business Center Services

Self-Parking

Hotel Guests: Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) and Weekends (Friday - Sunday), the self-parking fee for registered hotel guests is $20 for vehicles parked 0 to 24 hours. For vehicles that are self-parked at these resorts over 24 hours (or beyond the day after arrival if parking is associated with guest’s hotel folio), there is an additional self-parking fee of $20 for each additional day (or fraction thereof). The 24-hour parking fee provides in-out privileges within the same parking type (self-parking) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability).

Valet Parking

Hotel Guests: Weekdays (Monday – Thursday) and Weekends (Friday – Sunday), the daily rate valet parking fee is $40. Initial daily rate based on day of arrival and covers parking through the day after arrival (if parking is associated with guest hotel folio). For vehicles of such registered hotel guests that are valet parked beyond the day after arrival, there is an additional valet parking fee of $40 for each additional day (or fraction thereof). The 24-hour parking fee provides in-out privileges within the same parking type (valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability).

ARIA Resort & Casino hotel rooms and suites are smoke-free (except for certain designated ARIA Sky Suites). If there is evidence of smoking of any substance in your non-smoking room/suite, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 for rooms and $1000 for suites in the ARIA Resort Tower, and a fee of $1000 for all non-smoking rooms and suites in ARIA Sky Suites charged to your hotel account.

Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking. We have designated smoking areas throughout the casino, bars, and other areas (but use of marijuana is prohibited in both smoking and non-smoking areas). Contact a resort employee for location information regarding designated smoking areas.

Use of marijuana (weed), including but not limited to smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or using oils, lotions, or other transdermal introduction of, is prohibited at all MGM Resorts properties notwithstanding approval of recreational use in Nevada. State law prohibits the use of marijuana in public places. Use of marijuana is also prohibited in guest rooms at all MGM Resorts properties in Nevada, consistent with the discretion of afforded private property owners under the State law authorizing use of recreational marijuana in non-public places. And marijuana use continues to be prohibited at MGM Resorts properties outside Nevada. Notably, the vast majority of our guest rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking any substance in those rooms is prohibited. If marijuana in any form is observed, the property will take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law and Company policy.

Ride share Pickup/Drop-off is located at the North Valet next to the Aria Patisserie, this is behind the Aria guest room elevators. There are signs that will guide you to this location.

The Aria does not offer shuttle service. The Concierge at the Aria can arrange any transportation requests including shuttle, sedan, and limousine services to and from the airport as well as arrange for any transportation needs you may have during your stay.

Terminal 1 Taxi Pickup: Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside exit doors numbered 1 - 4. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and to assist as needed.

Terminal 3 Taxi Pickup: Taxis are located outside baggage claim near door 52. Airport personnel are available to assist as needed.

From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge    to the parking garage. The pickup area is to the right.

Terminal 3 Ride Share Pick-Up

Located on the Valet Level of the parking garage.

From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 52, 54 or 56 up to Level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage then take the elevator or stairs down to Valet Level.
