Before you embark on an EQA or an SAIV, consider our Gap Assessment service offering. Our Gap Assessment is designed to identify conformance gaps before an EQA or SAIV. The GA is a popular offering for new CAEs or internal audit activities that are unsure about their current conformance state.
IIA Quality Services will provide an independent validator to conduct an independent gap assessment (gap analysis) that is focused on the internal audit activity’s current level of conformance with the Standards. Upon conclusion of the fieldwork, the validator will make recommendations for remediation of identified gaps to the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF). Additionally, opportunities will be identified to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and further strengthen the internal audit activity.
