He most recently served as the Group Head of Internal Audit (Vice President) at ASA International, where he led a global audit function of 149 auditors across 14 countries, providing independent assurance over USD 550 million+ in assets. He strengthened enterprise-wide governance by implementing a risk-based global audit methodology, automating 65% of audit testing, and improving overdue audit issue remediation by 78% within one year. His leadership also delivered 100% of branch audits and 78% of process audits, significantly enhancing the organization’s assurance maturity.
