Payment Options

The Institute of Internal Auditors and its affiliated entities accept several methods of payment for goods and services, including debit and credit card payments online or by phone when contacting IIA Customer Relations at +1-407-937-1111.

Individual Payment Options

• Payments received from individuals can be processed via credit card or PayPal globally.
• Stripe is also available for individual payments in limited regions.

Corporate and group payment options listed below do not apply to individuals.

Payment Instructions

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (or Canadian dollars if selected during checkout).
• If paying by wire transfer (corporate or group only), please add $20.00 USD wire fee (converted if paid in CAD), and include your customer number and invoice number.
• Please send an e-mail to wirepayments@theiia.org with the date of the payment, payment amount, payment remittance, and invoice number.
• For all other inquiries, please submit your request to Customer Relations.
