Welcome to the IIA Lansing Chapter
The Lansing Chapter of The IIA was founded in 1979 and has 149 members. The chapter provides monthly meetings, in addition to varied seminar/conference training opportunities throughout the year. These events provide networking and educational opportunities for members. The chapter is dedicated to the professional development of its members and also to advancing the Internal Audit profession.
The Lansing Chapter is part of The Institute for Internal Auditors. Established in 1941, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is an international professional association with world headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The IIA has more than 170,000 members in internal auditing, risk management, governance, internal control, IT audit, education, and security. With global representation, The Institute is the recognized authority, principal educator, and acknowledged leader in certification, research, and technological guidance for the profession worldwide.
