Notice of The IIA's Annual Business Meeting

In accordance with the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law § 605(a), the 2026 Annual Business Meeting of The Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation (“The IIA”), will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:30 PM SGT at the Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore, Asia. Matters to be addressed will include the election of IIA officers and directors and other appropriate items. All IIA members are invited to attend.
