Thank you for participating in The 2022 Data Privacy & Ethics Virtual Conference which will be held Virtually on Thursday, April 28, 2022.

For your convenience, we are providing a schedule for the documents we require for your presentation along with some Speaker Resources. Please complete the required forms by clicking on the buttons located below.

​Required Forms Due Date
Docu-Sign Speaker Engagement Letter – The IIA will send an electronic agreement via DocuSign in 3-5 business days, from receiving the confirmation email. 17 March 2022
Speaker Data Form – Each speaker is REQUIRED to complete a Speaker Data Form. This form will include a request for your headshot to be used for marketing purposes, and allow you to enter any AV requests. Please complete the form in its entirety as soon as possible. 17 March 2022
PPT Presentations All PowerPoint presentations are required to use the conference template.  You may submit your completed presentation by completing a Presentation Submission Form. If your file is too large to upload, you can request a link to The IIA Fileshare system using the form. 31 March 2022

View Speaker Code of Conduct and Ethics

This Speaker Code of Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) helps foster a culture of honesty and accountability, and provides guidance and mechanisms for dealing with ethical issues. All Speakers are responsible for knowing and complying with this Code and other policies of The IIA. Please contact iiaspeakers@theiia.org if you have questions regarding your presentation.

One of the key components in receiving a higher speaker score is through audience engagement. Enhance the audience’s experience during your session by using the live audience polling tool. Above you will find more information of the benefits and the styles of polling that can be incorporated in your session.


Download PowerPoint Template

The IIA provides a PowerPoint template for use with all speaker presentations to maintain consistency and professionalism for our conference delegates. The template includes a space for your organization’s logo if you wish to include it. The IIA reserves the right to edit all presentations for grammar, typographical errors, or other non-substantive material corrections.


Complete Speaker Data Form

This form is for our records and marketing efforts. No personal contact information will be released without your permission. Your session abstract, brief biography and headshot are used for our marketing efforts on conference collateral and the website. Click the button above to access the form and complete it in its entirety.


Submit Presentation for Review

Presentations and handouts must be submitted to the IIA prior to the event for review. Click on the link above to submit your presentation.
