Format: Online
Internal auditors are often called upon to assess governance, culture, and ethical conduct, yet their own behavior can have just as much influence as the findings they report. Every interaction, decision, and difficult conversation presents an opportunity to reinforce integrity, accountability, and trust. This session explores how auditors influence ethical culture through the behaviors they model and examines the critical role they play in building and sustaining organizational trust.
