Cristina Almeida is the Manager of Member Value at The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global Headquarters. In her role, she leads strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the member experience through engagement programs, onboarding, and value-driven services. Cristina is passionate about building meaningful connections, supporting the growth of the internal audit profession, and strengthening the global pipeline of future audit leaders.
Anna Collins
Associate Manager, Certifications Product Strategy, The Institute of Internal Auditors
Anna Collins, M.Ed. works in the Certifications department at The Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA) and is based out of the global headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida. Building on a career in education, Anna brings a strong foundation in learning to her work in professional certification. In her role at The IIA, she has supported both exam development and strategic assessment planning. Her previous development of exam content for the Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA®) certification and the Certification in Risk Management Assurance® (CRMA®) programs informs her current broader focus on evaluating The IIA's exam offerings, ensuring they meet industry needs, and engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
