Navigating Geopolitical Risk for Audit Committees and Internal Audit

Format: Online

Geopolitical risk has surged up the risk agenda. Russia’s war on Ukraine, conflict in the Middle East including Iran, and escalating trade and tariff tensions have amplified a host of business-critical risks: supply chain disruption, state-sponsored cyberattacks, sanctions compliance exposure, and inflation driven by high energy prices. Geopolitical risk doesn’t sit in a silo. It compounds existing risks like never before.

For boards and audit committees, this raises tough questions about risk governance. For internal audit and risk functions, it raises the bar on assurance.

Taking place just after the US midterm elections, this timely webinar will give corporate directors and senior internal audit executives practical, up-to-date guidance on navigating geopolitical risk and strengthening oversight and governance.
