About Topical Requirements
Topical Requirements are a new element of the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) containing mandatory requirements for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes on specific risk topics. Each new Topical Requirement receives a 45-day public consultation as part of The IIA’s due process. We encourage you to submit feedback via the survey provided. Letters are also accepted at standards-guidance@theiia.org.
