The Board of Governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors Jamaica Chapter Ltd. is pleased to announce members of the Chapter’s Executive for the 2018 to 2020 Administrative term.
The Executive was elected by its members at the Annual General Meeting held in February 2018. It continues to operate under the principles and standards of the IIA, Inc., under the continued guidance of the Chapter’s Board of Governors in Jamaica.
The Executive and Board of Governors are committed to ensuring that Jamaica’s Internal Audit practitioners are key resource and recognized contributors to effective governance, risk management and control (GRC) nationally and regionally.

The Institute of Internal Auditors Jamaica Chapter is the local affiliate of the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA) which is the global body. The IIA is the internal audit profession's global voice, recognized authority, acknowledged leader, chief advocate, and principal educator. Our members work in public, private and education sectors as Auditors, Chief Auditor, Audit Managers, Audit Executives, and Audit Committee Members. The IIA Jamaica Chapter is the largest chapter in the Caribbean. It began in 1982 as the Jamaica Audit Club and received chapter status from IIA Global in October 1993. The chapter has received many recognition from IIA Global including 1st place awards for Chapter Newsletter in 1995 and 1996; Gold or Silver Chapter Achievement Program Recognition from 1998 to 2003 and Gold Chapter Achievement Program Recognition for 10 years over the period 2011 – 2020.
