Welcome to the 2022-2023 Chapter Year! Last year, we celebrated our 50th anniversary, a truly incredible milestone! It is my honor to serve as the Tallahassee Chapter President this year. We have a wonderful team committed to providing you with the value and resources needed to be successful in the internal audit profession.
We are scheduling an abundance of events this year that will provide networking opportunities and continuing professional education to support you in your career. These events will include in-person luncheons, virtual trainings, a fraud conference, socials, and much more! The upcoming events and chapter news can be found on our chapter website, through our email communications, and on our social media accounts.
As always, we welcome your involvement and feedback. We are continuously looking for new ideas, ways to improve our programs and services, and volunteers to support our members. If you would like to volunteer or provide suggestions, please email us at chapter103@theiia.org. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Board of Governors, Officers, Committee Members, and Volunteers who work tirelessly to make this a successful chapter.
