Sessions focus on emerging trends in internal audit, leadership development skills

LAKE MARY, Fla. (Oct 21, 2022) – The Institute of Internal Auditors - (IIA) - the internal audit profession's leader in standards, certification, education, research, and technical guidance worldwide – will hold its  IGNITE Conference, “Where Internal Audit Leaders Emerge," in Las Vegas, October 31-November 2.

The conference is designed to engage future leaders in the internal audit profession in an immersive, interactive experience designed to grow their skills and build their networks. IGNITE combines professional development opportunities with sessions focused on the professional risk environment and the most topical and challenging issues internal auditors face. The forward-thinking three-day agenda will also cover the developing trends that will define the future of the profession and will provide attendees with the tools they need to play a role in shaping it.

Some of the brightest minds in the industry will lead discussions on fraud, cybersecurity, regulatory change, incorporating today’s technologies, like drones and robotics, innovative audit strategies, ESG, and much more. Speakers will provide practical case-based examples to help prepare attendees for the future of internal audit.
