Leadership Academy Location

2024 Leadership Academy will be held at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center. The IIA has secured a special attendee room rate.

If calling to make a reservation, please reference The IIA’s 2024 Leadership Academy. The best way to reserve a room is via the registration link below. Attendees will be able to select rooms at the Yacht Club or the Beach Club. The meeting space is in the middle of, and connected to, both properties.

Room Rates & Booking Policies

• Room Rates: $300 plus 12.5% tax per night

• Booking Policy: 
  • A limited number of rooms are available at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts on a first-come, first-served basis at the special rate of $300 per night for single or double occupancy (plus 12.5% tax) for reservations made before Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Rooms must be booked prior to March 20, 2024, to qualify for this rate and are subject to availability. After the cut-off date, the rate will be higher and/or rooms may not be available.
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which must be supplied at the time of reservation.
  • Deposits for room-only reservations are equal to one night’s room price plus tax.
  • Final payment is due on the day of arrival.
  • Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m.
  • Checkout Time: 11:00 a.m.

• Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund of your deposit, including credit card deposit transactions, we must receive notice of cancellation from you at least five days before your arrival date. To cancel a room reservation, call +1-407-939-4686. Please note that if you are holding any other types of reservations, such as dining reservations, those reservations will not be cancelled unless you also advise the hotel to cancel them.
