Corporate Governance Strategies for Internal Auditors
Corporate governance is increasing in importance as stakeholders demand that those charged with governance should be monitored and held to account for their decisions and actions. The course will equip participants with the skills necessary to review and improve their organisations’ corporate governance structure; analyse and promote their organizations’ ethics programs; and develop techniques to effectively assess their organizations’ corporate governance activities.
