Dana Lawrence is the Director of Fintech Compliance at Pacific West Bank and Advisor for Fideseo. She is a recognized expert and leader in complex compliance, enterprise risk management (ERM), internal audit and governance program creation, and scaling and remediation. Her career in technology and financial services spans mortgage, community banking, large US and global banks, Open Banking partners, and Fintech, including Umpqua, Bank of the Cascades, BBVA and others, ranging in size from $2B to $660B in assets. She’s held senior leadership roles, working directly with banking regulators and internal/external auditors.

He holds various professional qualifications, including two Master degrees, CPA, CGMA, FCMA, CFT, CISA, CISSP, CRMA, etc.  He is actively participating in community services by holding different senior positions, including Vice Chairman of Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA), VP & Treasurer of ISACA Hong Kong Chapter, Vice-chair of PoC Committee of Hong Kong Proptech Association, Moderator of Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) Cybersecurity Exam, President of Lions Club of Hong Kong IFC, etc.

Julio has worked as an Internal Audit professional in the banking industry for 15+ years, with some fun excursions in risk management and cybersecurity. His experience includes general risk and control areas like cybersecurity and internal controls over financial reporting, along with bank-specific areas like commercial lending and deposit operations. He maintains the professional certifications of CIA, CRMA, CFE, CISA, and CISSP, along with various Coursera Specializations in machine learning and ISACA’s latest AI fundamentals certificate. Julio has served in volunteer roles with local chapters from the Institute of Internal Auditors, ISACA, Information Systems Security Association and currently serves on the Board of Oklahoma's BSides security training organization. Lifelong learning is one of Julio’s passions, with an emphasis on all things cybersecurity, machine learning, and a strange willingness to endure pain through continuing to practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
